My general area of business operation is Hamilton, Northern Herkimer and Oneida, and Lewis Counties, but you can call me from anywhere. I can provide technical assistance over the phone and I can also remote in to your systrems to fix problems or provide assistance and training.
I can provide on-site service or you can bring your equipment to me. (Major repairs are most efficiently done in my shop.)

Prior to starting the business, I taught Information Technology Management and other technology courses at the secondary level. I have a Masters Degree in Education and permanent teaching certification in New York State.
Prior to teaching I spent many years as an Electronics Engineer with General Electric and Lockheed Martin after earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. Along the way I also was selected to attend a special TRP Manufacturing Engineering masters degree program at Syracuse University.
